By accessing or using KeepsAlive, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About KeepsAlive
KeepsAlive is an operational intelligence platform provided by Sax Group LLC. The platform is designed to help organizations monitor, manage, and improve their critical operations, assets, and service workflows. These terms apply to all users who access or use the platform and its associated services.
2. Use of the platform
You may use KeepsAlive only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose — supporting operational visibility, service coordination, and asset management. 3. Accounts and access

6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. 7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeepsAlive and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate access to the platform at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to platform integrity or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, though applicable data retention provisions continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify affected users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
